Supporting the company's growth;
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process;
Supporting the development and implementation of people management initiatives and systems;
Providing counseling on policies and procedures;
Create and implement effective onboarding plans;
Develop training and development programs;
Assist in performance management processes;
Maintain employee records (attendance, vacations, etc..) according to policy and legal requirements;
Knowledge of people management functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development);
Strong ethics and reliability;

We are looking for a skilled talent acquisition and development specialist who will recruit, support, and develop talent. You will contribute to making our company a better place to work.
You will be responsible for supporting our employees. From helping with salaries to hiring new team members, you will be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will be the go-to person for all team member concerns and will assist the CEO with management, including updating onboarding processes and communicating high-level issues.

Education & Experience 1-3 years equivalent experience
